Heading into SummerSlam on Saturday, August 3, WWE came to Green Bay for a jam-packed episode of Raw aimed at continuing the ongoing storylines and highlighting the men and women who made it all summer. Achieved more than will shine.
Amid his feud with Drew McIntyre, CM Pink returned to the red brand, vowing to fight the Scottish Warrior Official for the next Premium Live event.
Was it successful and what would have been the outcome, if there had been physical contact with McIntyre?
The answer to that question and more was expected on the July 22 episode of Raw.

Gunther Promo
Gunther, el Rey del Ring de 2024, started the Monday show with a promotion in the ring.
The Ring General showed no remorse in his insults to world heavyweight champion Damian Priest last week, doubling down by referring to him and the fans in Green Bay as “street trash.”
He asked Cleric to come into the ring and place the world title in his hands, thus taking the weight of the gold off his shoulders. After all that, The Bowman of Disgrace advanced to the ring and knocked down his SummerSlam rival.
A brawl broke out, during which Priest attacked the security guards and took them out with a jump. The show went to commercial and the fight spilled onto the ramp.
Returning from the break, an attempted interview by Jackie Redmond was interrupted by a recap of the battle.
Best moments and results
- This was an excellent, energetic start to the show that intensified the issues between Priest and Gunther. The dislike was real and unlike last week’s promo, which felt forced, this highlighted the intensity of the issues between the champion and challenger.
- Michael Cole was excellent here and Pat McAfee added to the excitement of the match.
- This was the first time in his reign that Priest appeared as a babyface world champion and the crowd in Green Bay hailed him.
Contender’s Match: Ilja Dragunov vs. Bron Breaker
After suffering a shocking loss at the hands of Sami Zayn at Money in the Bank, Bron Breaker will head to SummerSlam in Cleveland to challenge The Underdog From the Underground Intercontinental Championship Four Hus after Hus Victory and Alja Draguno on Monday night.
Breaker and Dragunov delivered another hard-hitting match, testing each other’s resolve and courage.
At the end of the match, Dragunov dropped Breaker onto the ring apron and appeared to be rolling. An unfortunate dive off the apron was answered by a mid-air spear from Breaker, which sent The Mad Dragon flat on his back and headfirst into the hardest part of the ring.
Referee Daphanie LaShaunn ruled a dazed Dragunov unable to compete and called off the match, awarding the win to Breakker.

- Deville’s win continued the steady legitimization of her team with Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark, a necessity given how often those two were built up only to be defeated.
- While it was important for Deville to win, beating Valkyria threatens to damage any momentum she has left after a red-hot start to her main roster run. The former NXT Women’s Champion feels like she’s cooled off significantly over the past month and this didn’t help.

The Chicago native came to the ring to make the announcement live on Raw before demanding Drew McIntyre get in the ring so they could fight.
The Scottish fighter made his presence felt, however not in the ring. He stood at the top of the ramp, taunted Punk, then watched as security and officials restrained the youngster.
Raw general manager Adam Pearce appeared, then announced McIntyre’s reinstatement and revealed that at SummerSlam, the hated rivals will face off in one of the biggest matches of the night.
He had one last big reveal: Seth “Freakin” Rollins will be the special guest referee for the match.

- Punk knows how to take any class and turn up the intensity. He can take a silent crowd and set it on fire. It’s a trait that only true masters of crowd manipulation possess and few can pull it off to the level that he can.
- The segment was very hot and resulted in an announcement that fans had been waiting for literally months.
- Rollins’ introduction as a guest referee is setting up Bret Hart vs.
Raw results undertaker vibes with Shawn Michaels as the referee at SummerSlam 1997. This isn’t the first time the Hart vs. Michaels storyline has been hinted at or hinted at in this overall Punk saga.ย

Karin Kross and The Creators of Agony proceeded with The Last Confirmation’s torture of Xavier Woods on Monday night as the slippery threesome crushed previous Lord of the Ring and label group accomplices Otis and Akira Tozawa in a six-man label group match Raw results.
The action was much better than expected, thanks to Tozawa being allowed to be the wrestler fans have wanted him to be on WWE Raw results television for years. Couple that with a fiery streak with Otis after a hot tag team, and you have a match that had Green Bay fans on their feet until its conclusion.
Late in the match, Kross used Woods’ emotions against him, taking advantage of a momentary opening to perform the Final Prayer and score the pinfall victory.
